Attachment slots

The slots for attachments. From left to right: Barrel, Mag, Optic, Stock, and Hop-Up.

Attachments are items that can improve a weapon's stats.

There are 5 categories:

  • Barrels Barrel Stabilizer reduce recoil.
  • Mags Extended Light Mag Extended Energy Mag Extended Heavy Mag Extended Sniper Mag increase magazine size.
    • Shotgun Bolts Shotgun Bolt increase the rate of fire for shotguns. They are classified as mags even though they do not provide any magazine increase.
  • Optics Optics Slot provide an optic to look through while aiming down sights.
  • Stocks Standard Stock Sniper Stock improve handling, reduce aim drift, and reduce reload time.
  • Hop-Ups modify the weapons in unique ways.

The number of attachments a weapon can have varies from weapon to weapon. Some weapons can have up to five attachments, while others only need two. Fully kitted weapons come with all their attachments but they cannot be removed, except for the optic.

Tips

  • It is better to equip a Standard Stock Standard Stock on heavier weapons first (LMGs, then ARs, then SMGs) to minimize switch time as the heavier the weapon, the slower their equip and holster speed usually are.[1]
