After the IMS Thermopylae crashed on Kings Canyon, its toxic fuel began to leak into the island's water supply. To help alleviate the damage, the environmental organization ECHO set up a base of operations surrounding the wreckage, seeking to extract the fuel to protect the local ecosystem.
