The Devotion LMG is a light machine gun that utilizes Energy Ammo.

It has a unique RPM acceleration mechanic: the longer the Devotion is fired continuously, the faster its fire rate will become, up to a cap. The Turbocharger Hop-Up allows the Devotion LMG to reach its faster fire rate more quickly.

Pros and cons

Pros

• 2× headshot multiplier.
• High fire rate after ramping up.
• Fastest projectile speed in the game.
• Highest damage per second in the game after ramping up.
• High magazine capacity.

Cons

• Reduced spawn rate, therefore harder to find.
• Strong recoil.
• Slow reload speed.
• Slow draw, holster, and switching between weapons speed.
• The ramp-up slow speed can be punishing and therefore, a Turbocharger Hop-Up is almost essential.
• 1× headshot multiplier at 64+ meters.
• High speed penalty when aiming down sights.
• Energy Ammo is generally rarer and less used compared to Light and Heavy Rounds, sometimes forcing the player to swap to a different weapon due to lack of ammo to loot from enemies.
  • Being an LMG with a high rate of fire, the Devotion is also very ammo hungry.
