Hop-Up attachments are special weapon attachments that greatly impact the weapon's performance. Weapons can only equip one at a time, except for the Bocek Compound Bow, which can equip two at once. The available hop-ups change every season.
Available Hop-Ups[]
List of Hop-Ups[]
Anvil Receiver[]
- Was valid for the VK-47 Flatline and the R-301 Carbine.
Removed in Season 10, the Anvil Receiver hop-up increased semi-auto damage, but the single fire uses 2 ammo per shot while the rate of fire was reduced. The single-fire damage multiplier was 2.5x for the R-301 Carbine and 2.25x for the VK-47 Flatline.
Boosted Loader[]
- Valid for the Wingman and the Hemlok Burst AR.
The Boosted Loader hop-up greatly speeds up reload time and gives bonus ammo if the weapon is reloaded while low (but not empty).
Deadeye's Tempo[]
- Valid for the Bocek Compound Bow and the Sentinel.
The Deadeye's Tempo hop-up speeds up the rate of fire when continuously firing after timing a shot properly.
Disruptor Rounds[]
- Was valid for the Alternator SMG and the RE-45 Auto.
Removed in Season 3, Disruptor Rounds increased damage to shielded targets. The damage multiplier differed with each weapon: the Alternator had a multiplier of 1.55x and the RE-45 Auto had a multiplier of 1.7x. The hop-up was integrated into the Alternator SMG in its supply drop state, but at a reduced multiplier compared to Season 2 of just 1.4x. As of Season 12, it has been removed.
Double Tap Trigger[]
- Was valid for the G7 Scout and the EVA-8 Auto.
Removed in Season 8, the Double Tap Trigger hop-up granted an alternative burst fire mode. As the name suggests, two shots were fired per trigger pull. This hop-up is now built into the G7 Scout.
Dual Shell[]
- Was valid for the Mastiff Shotgun and the 30-30 Repeater.
Removed in Season 13, the Dual Shell hop-up allowed weapons to reload 2 rounds at a time, instead of 1. This hop-up is now built into the Mastiff Shotgun.
Hammerpoint Rounds[]
- Valid for the P2020, the Mozambique Shotgun, and the RE-45 Auto.
The Hammerpoint Rounds hop-up greatly increases damage to unshielded targets: +50% for the P2020, and +35% for the Mozambique and RE-45.
If damage transitions from shield to flesh, it breaks the shield, and any further damage to health is affected by the Hammerpoint multiplier.
Kinetic Feeder[]
- Valid for the Peacekeeper and the Triple Take.
The Kinetic Feeder hop-up draws ammo from the inventory and adds it to the weapon's magazine and speeds up its choke when sliding with the weapon equipped.
Precision Choke[]
- Was valid for the Peacekeeper and the Triple Take.
Removed in Season 6, the Precision Choke hop-up greatly reduces the gun's spread by aiming down sights, up to three levels. After it was removed, Peacekeeper keeps its charge for a moment while the Triple Take loses it instantly.
Quickdraw Holster[]
- Was valid for the Wingman and the RE-45 Auto.
Removed in Season 10, the Quickdraw Holster hop-up reduced the weapon's swap time, ADS time, and hip-fire spread.
Selectfire Receiver[]
- Was valid for the HAVOC Rifle and the Prowler Burst PDW.
Removed in Season 7, Selectfire Receiver hop-up grants an alternative fire mode: It allowed the Prowler to fire full-auto and the HAVOC to fire a single hit-scan laser.
Shatter Caps[]
- Valid for the Bocek Compound Bow and the 30-30 Repeater.
The Shatter Caps hop-up splits the weapon's arrow or round into a shotgun pattern.
Skullpiercer Rifling[]
- Was valid for the Longbow DMR and the Wingman.
Removed in Season 9, the Skullpiercer Rifling hop-up increased the weapon's headshot multiplier: the Wingman from 2.0x to 2.25x and the Longbow from 2.0x to 2.5x.
Turbocharger[]
- Valid for the Devotion LMG and the HAVOC Rifle.
The Turbocharger hop-up removes the need for the weapons to charge up; either it removes the delay to fire or it instantly increases a weapon's rate of fire so it reaches the maximum much faster.
Special Hop-Ups[]
Graffiti Mod[]
- Was valid for the M600 Spitfire.
Available during the Always Be Closing Evolved game mode to tease Season 6 and Rampart, the Graffiti Mod increases magazine size by 15% and decreases reload time by 25%, also it allows paint-loaded rounds. The paint colors can be yellow, green, or purple.
Splatter Rounds[]
This hop-up is found on weapons from Rampart's Big Maude. It decreases reload time by 25%. It also allows paint-loaded rounds, but unlike the Graffiti Mod, the colors are randomized.
This hop-up's effects stack with Rampart's personal passive for LMGs.

Trivia[]
- The
Turbocharger is the most persistent hop-up, having appeared in 10 out of 13 seasons. The
Disruptor Rounds is the most fleeting, having only appeared in
Season 2.
- There are three instances of a hop-up applying only to one weapon: Before the Havoc was added shortly after launch, the Devotion was the only weapon to equip the
Turbocharger, and the Prowler was the only weapon to equip the
Selectfire Receiver. In Season 5, the Triple Take was the only weapon to equip the
Precision Choke, since the Peacekeeper had become a Supply Drop Weapon.
- Some hop-ups have had their effects built in to the weapons they were equipped to:
- The
Precision Choke hop-up is built into the Peacekeeper and Triple Take after its removal in
Season 6.
- The
Double Tap Trigger hop-up is built into the G7 Scout.
- The
Dual Shell hop-up is built into the Mastiff Shotgun.
- The
- The
Graffiti Mod hop-Up was accidentally leaked early in the first Hunt of "The Broken Ghost" quest, where it spawned in one of the loot bins.
- The
Splatter Rounds hop-up used to increase magazine capacity by 15% (essentially mimicking Rampart's
Modded Loader passive), but this was deemed too strong.
- There were no voice lines for the Kinetic Feeder hop-up until Season 13, meaning it took 3 months for the hop-up to get voice lines. This is the longest time that a new hop-up has been released without a voice line to accompany it after the Boosted Loader.
- In Apex Mobile,
Selectfire Receiver cannot be equipped to the HAVOC Rifle, only the Prowler Burst PDW
