Neon Network was a Collection Event during Season 17 that began on July 25, 2023 and ended on August 8, 2023.
Node Tracker Takeover[]
For the duration of the event, the Node Tracker Takeover replaces normal Trios and Duos.
During the Takeover, all players spawn with a Node Tracker in their Survival Item slot. Equipping the Node Tracker will direct the player towards a nearby Compute Node zone. Entering the zone while holding the Node Tracker will play a brief upload animation, after which a Loot Tick will appear and the player is granted 875-900 Nodes. This can only be done once per game. Nodes can be used to purchase items in the Reward Shop, and the cumulative amount of Nodes collected unlocks scenes from Kill Code: Interlude in the Story Progression.
Players can only receive Nodes up to five times per day, though they can still use the Node Tracker and receive Loot Ticks as often as desired.

Battle Pass Levels can be purchased up to Level 100 for 2,000 Nodes each, but require all other rewards to be purchased first.
Neon Network Collection[]
The Neon Network Collection is a set of 24 cosmetics exclusive to the event. The collection cosmetics could be obtained by:
- Purchasing event-exclusive Neon Network collection packs for 700 which will give out one collection cosmetic and two cosmetics from the normal loot table.
- Unlocking using 2,400 for Legendary items and 800 for epic items.
- By direct purchase from the Store: 1,800 for Legendary items and 1,000 for Epics.
Completion of the Neon Network Collection allowed the player to unlock Valkyrie's Prestige Skin Set, before it was added to the Mythic Store.
