This page lists all of the Regen items currently in the game.
Health Kits[]
These items can be accessed by pressing 4 or when shields or health are low. While consuming these items, players' movements are slowed, they cannot hang on edges, run, slide, or use any other item, but the consumption can be canceled any time.
As part of the Starter Kit for Battle Royale, each Legend drops with 2 Syringes and 2 Shield Cells (alongside a Level 1 Helmet, a Level 1 Evo Shield, and a Level 1 Knockdown Shield).

- Spawns in stacks of 2.
- Up to 4 Shield Cells can be stacked per slot in the inventory.
- With the Level 4 Body Shield perk, [IMPROVED MINOR HEAL], Shield Cells give 50 shields instead of the normal 25.
- 1 Shield Cell (0 with the Gold Armor) can be used to charge a Sentinel.
- Combines well with a Level 4 Body Shield as one shield cell will give 50 shield, granting a total of 4x50=200 shield regen per inventory slot.
- Try to use these in combat whenever you can, they are fast to use and will give you an advantage over an enemy who has not healed.
- To make this as easy as possible, make sure that they are the first item to be used in the consumable access tab.
- Occasionally, when using this, it will get glitched and say “CONSUMABLE_PROTO” instead of “Shield Cell”.

- If in a high damage zone, you may want to use syringes over a Med Kit as they take less time to apply.
- Occasionally, when using this, it will get glitched and say “CONSUMABLE_PROTO” instead of “Syringe”.

- Up to 2 Shield Batteries can be stacked per slot in the inventory.
- With a Level 4 Backpack, 3 Shield Batteries can be stacked per slot in the inventory.
- Can always be crafted in a Replicator for 20.
- Note that using a Shield Battery is faster than using two or more Shield Cells. In the heat of battle you may want to use a Shield Battery.
- Pairs up well with a Level 5 Evo Shield as it can restore 25 more shields than the usual Level 3 and Level 4 Body Shield.
- If you have a Level 4 Body Shield, you may want to give these to your squadmates as gaining full shield is easier.

- With a Level 4 Backpack, 3 Med Kits can be stacked per slot in the inventory.
- Can always be crafted in a Replicator for 20.
- Note that using a Med Kit is faster than using two or more Syringes. In the heat of battle you may want to use a Med Kit.
- As Lifeline, carry either 1 Phoenix Kit or 4 Syringes instead of Med Kit to make space in your backpack more efficient.

- With a Level 4 Backpack, 2 Phoenix Kits may be carried per inventory slot.
- Phoenix Kits have a long time to use. Make sure your area is clear before using this consumable.
- Because you can only carry 1 per inventory slot, it is recommended that you carry no more than 2 to save space
Regen Abilities[]
Some legends have abilities which give them new regen options, or augment existing ones. For further information, see the respective legends' pages.

Lifeline | D.O.C. Heal Drone | Deploys a drone which automatically attaches to Lifeline and her teammates if they are in its range. Rapidly regenerates health and disconnects if taking damage. |
Octane | Swift Mend | Octane's health regenerates by 1 HP per second. Will stop if taking damage and reactivate after 6 seconds of not taking damage. |
Revenant | Forged Shadows | While active, forms a 75 HP Shadow Shroud around Revenant that lasts 20 seconds, and regenerates slowly over time. Knocks, kills, and assists add an extra 5 seconds to Forged Shadows' duration. |
Conduit | Radiant Transfer | Provides temporary shields to Conduit and a nearby teammate (only one teammate can be healed at a time). Different colored icons are displayed to Conduit informing the player of teammates' shield health:

Ultimate Accelerant[]

- If a player's ultimate is not fully charged, an Ultimate Accelerant can be used by pressing the ultimate key.
- With Spark of Genius, Ultimate Accelerants fully charge Wattson's ultimate in one use, she can also carry two per slot in the inventory.
- As Lifeline, use as many Ultimate Accelerants as you can so you can call Care Packages more often.
- As Wattson, try to always reserve an inventory slot for Ultimate Accelerants to use your ultimate mid-fights.
- As Crypto, keeping 1-2 of these in your inventory will build up another EMP quickly.
- As Mirage, Loba, or Octane, avoid carrying them in your inventory as their ultimate abilities already have a very fast charge time and thus unnecessary for most times.
- Occasionally, when using this, it will get glitched and say “CONSUMABLE_PROTO” instead of “Ultimate Accelerant”.
