Apex Legends Wiki

It's Pride Month with Fandom, and Apex Legends' colorful cast of characters includes plenty of LGBTQIA+ representation: Bangalore, Bloodhound, Fuse, Gibraltar, Loba, Mirage, Seer, and Valkyrie. A big thank you to everyone who has helped make those articles and the whole wiki what they are!

There will also be three roundtable discussions in the Fandom Discord server over the month: Discussing LGBTQIA+ video games and characters on June 15, LGBTQIA+ icons and activists on June 22, and a discussion with LGBTQIA+ wiki admins on June 29.

Shadow Royale is a a limited-time game mode that was introduced in the Fight or Fright Icon.svg Fight or Fright 2020 event. Similarly to Shadowfall, legends become Shadows when they die, however they continue to fight for their squad as long as at least one member remains alive.

  • Takes place in a nighttime Kings Canyon, and is hosted by Shadow Revenant.
  • Upon death, players respawn as Shadows.
    • Shadows cannot pick up weapons or items, or use any abilities. Their only form of attack is melee attacks, which deal 50 damage.
    • Shadows move faster, can climb walls infinitely, only have 65 health, and can wallrun.
    • Shadows can fully restore their health by performing Finishers.
    • Shadows can respawn as many times as necessary, so long as at least one teammate has not died. The more times a Shadow has died, the longer they must wait to be respawned.
    • A number of designated Shadow spawn points exist on the map, and Shadows will respawn at the one closest to their surviving teammates.
    • Shadows can revive their surviving teammates.
    • Shadows drop Ammo when killed.
  • Squads are eliminated when all living members are killed.
  • Nearby Shadow respawns are marked on the HUD and the minimap.
  • Squads with only one surviving member receive a Shadow Prowler pet that attacks enemies and can respawn.
  • Some Supply Bins contain spiders or zombies, which jump out when the bin is opened. Shooting them will drop loot.
