Skudge is a former associate of Fuse and Mad Maggie, likely fighting alongside the two for a time in the Cracked Talon.
After drawing his name out of a group of former Cracked Talon mercenaries[1], Lifeline visited Skudge at a bar on Salvo alongside Maggie and Loba. After some intimidation by Maggie, Skudge directed the three to a fortified bunker on the outskirts of town.[2]
