You do them separately, and round separately. e.g. amped Sentinel headshot through Rampart wall does 212 (NOT 211) bc 88 * 1.2 = 105.6, which gets rounded to 106. THEN 106 * 2 = 212. Same thing happens with Fortified/Low Profile and headshot/leg shot multipliers. You calculate Fortified/LP first, round the result, then calculate HS/LS using the rounded result.
